Mixed Use Development (On the Boards)
Designed to house a multi-tenant office structure and residential apartments, MSH Architects separated the two functions from each other with a common entry and vertical circulation structure. This allowed us to place the entire office facade on one of the State’s busiest streets while fronting the 4-story/44-unit apartment building along the side street and toward Downtown with its popular shops, restaurants, and parks.
In order to balance parking needs of the development, the entire site has one level of private underground parking spaces (116), plus another 35 on the ground level, and 15 diagonal parking spots on the side street.
