SDSU Wintrode

SDSU purchased an existing structure on the south side of campus for development as a tutoring and study center.  MSH Architects’ concept was to utilize the volume of the original chapel adding more natural light to create an atmosphere of openness.  MSHA used natural materials and warm colors to create a space conducive to learning.

Faculty offices on the mezzanine overlook the study floor, while the main level offices are open to the central student reception area.  A new elevator provides accessibility to the upper level.
