MSH Architects’ expertise with life safety, code-related facility evaluations made our firm the easy choice for this 1912 campus landmark building.  Using the newest edition of the building code as the basis of design, MSHA provided an extensive study of non-compliant conditions with proposed solutions and costs.

Working hand-in-hand with our client, we were able to develop the best, most economical improvements to mitigate a large number of  serious problems with exiting and public safety hazards.  We were able to maintain the historic character of the building on both the interior and the exterior.
