The Crooks Library (part of the Siouxland Libraries)  is under a major interior renovation. Work started Dec. 7, 2009 and will be completed in spring 2010. The renovation project will expand the public space in the building, creating distinct areas for children, teens and adults. The library will remain open throughout most of the construction.  Siouxland Libraries

Lynn Remmers was the sixth person at MSH Architects to complete the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design exam on June 27, 2009.  Lynn has been at MSH Architects for two years.  She works primarily on multi-family residential and government projects.

Dave completed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design exam on June 25, 2009.  He is a senior partner with the firm.  In addition to being a LEED AP he is also a Certified Plans Examiner.

Randy is the fourth member of the MSH Architects to become a LEED Accredited Professional.  Randy completed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design exam on April 18, 2009.   Randy joined Miller Sellers Heroux Architects in 2001 and works primarily on military, biotech and school facilities. In addition to his Bachelor of Architecture degree he also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Design.

Steve Thompson is a LEED Accredited Professional.  Steve completed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design exam on March 28, 2009.  He has been with the firm as a project manager for eight years and works on government, hospitality, educational, and residential projects.  Steve worked on the Capitol Fourth Floor Annex which was designed to meet LEED Commercial Interiors requirements.  Steve is also designing a LEED Silver project for the State of South Dakota that will be used as a model project for other State projects.

Jamie Mutschelknaus is now a LEED Accredited Professional.  Jamie completed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design exam on March 13, 2009.  Jamie is a project manager and has been with MSH Architects over 5 years.  He is enthusiastic about the sports and medical projects he has completed, as well as the many residential projects, both large and small.
